AN INDEPENDENT SPACE PROGRAM SIMULATION
From the first bolt to another world.
Engineer your spacecraft. Fly the mission.
Build a space program of your own.
A spacecraft is one part of the mission.
A mission is one part of your program.
Design the vehicle, work out the trajectory, and bring your hardware home. Research, contracts and a growing fleet connect each flight to the next.
Choose the hardware. Plan the staging. Test the vehicle you assembled.
Work with orbits, maneuver nodes and mission plans, from departure to descent.
Earn research, take on contracts and put a working fleet into space.

Selected scenes from the current development build, captured in-engine with carefully chosen viewpoints. Open any image for a closer look. Visuals and features are still evolving.
PACKHORSE FREIGHTER / PAYLOAD OPERATIONS
The large cargo bay opens to reveal the hardware inside. Two captures from the same orbital sequence, using the game’s bay controls.

THE DETAILS ARE THE GAME
A beautiful view is only part of the story. The map, maneuver controls and assembly bay put the decisions in your hands.
Help test the whole journey ↗A SMALL CREW. A BIG ROLE.
We’re inviting 100 Windows players into the closed alpha. Fresh eyes, honest feedback, and the willingness to try again matter more than experience.
Applications are open. Sign in to apply and check your invitation. Applying does not reserve a place.
100 approved testers, selected for a useful mix of experience and PC hardware. More places may follow after this wave.
A short application covers your PC, experience and testing time. Newcomers are welcome.
Check your tester portal for approval and your personal itch.io download link, build notes and first-session guide.
Tell us what worked, what broke and where you got lost. See what changes in the release notes.
FEEDBACK THAT REACHES THE WORKSHOP
Try a 30–60 minute first session. Tell us what you expected, what actually happened and what you wanted to do next.
The game’s F8 tool saves a local report for you to review before sharing. It does not automatically upload anything.
OPTIONAL SUPPORT
Testing is free. Optional contributions support development separately. A donation never buys an alpha invitation or priority feedback.
Download nine in-game wallpapers free, or leave optional support on itch.io. Alpha testing is always free.
BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD
Provisional estimates — not validated minimums. Performance varies by craft, mission and settings. No frame rate is guaranteed.
DirectX 12, Shader Model 6.6 and current graphics drivers required. First-use shader compilation can cause pauses. Microsoft Visual C++ x64 prerequisites are included. AMD configurations and minimum-spec machines have not yet been validated.
BEFORE LIFTOFF
Approved testers get a personal itch.io download key in the tester portal. Download the Windows ZIP, extract it completely, and run Play-Odyssey.cmd. No Steam purchase is required.
No. Support is optional and separate from tester selection. We want a manageable mix of experience levels and PC hardware.
See the provisional requirements above. These are estimates for this alpha, not validated minimums or a frame-rate guarantee.
Expect changing features, bugs and possible save resets. The first-session guide will cover creating a company, trying early missions, and saving and resuming. Each release will state save compatibility.
Yes. Apply free, then check your tester portal for a decision. A maximum of 100 testers can be approved. An application or donation does not guarantee an invitation.
